By accessing and using SharePad, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

SharePad is a real-time collaborative text and file sharing service that allows users to create temporary pads and share them with others using 8-character codes. The service supports text editing, file uploads (images, documents, and other file types up to 5MB total per pad), and real-time synchronization. The service is provided "as is" for temporary, non-sensitive content sharing.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not share sensitive, confidential, or private information
• Not use the service to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Not upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful software
• Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the service
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users
• Not use automated systems to create excessive sessions
• Respect file size limits (5MB total per pad) and only upload allowed file types

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use SharePad to:

• Transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
• Share copyrighted material without authorization
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Engage in spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Data and Privacy

All content (text and files) is temporary and stored only in server memory. Data is automatically deleted when sessions end or become inactive (within 24 hours maximum). We do not guarantee data persistence or availability. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Data persistence or availability
• Specific uptime or performance metrics

The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to technical issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

SharePad is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data or content
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Unauthorized access to sessions
• Any damages arising from use of the service

8. Intellectual Property

The SharePad service, including its design, code, and functionality, is the property of the service operators. You retain ownership of any text content you create, but grant us the right to temporarily store and transmit it for service operation.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate or suspend access to the service at any time
• Remove or delete any content that violates these terms
• Block users who violate these terms

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
